Information RAT collects

RAT may collect contact and organization details, appointment requests, course purchases, enrollment, progress, assessment results, certificate records, support messages, and basic device or site-usage information.

Payments

Payment transactions are processed by Stripe or another disclosed payment provider. RAT does not store full payment-card numbers or card security codes on its website.

How information is used

• Provide accounts, courses, scheduling, certificates and support.
• Process purchases and prevent fraud or misuse.
• Communicate about a request, course, policy or service change.
• Maintain safety, security, records and legal compliance.
• Improve course and website performance.

Sharing

RAT does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that support hosting, authentication, payments, communications, storage and course delivery; with instructors or venues as needed to provide training; or when required by law or safety needs.

Retention and security

Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for training delivery, verification, accounting, safety, dispute resolution and legal obligations. RAT uses access controls and reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to identity verification and records RAT must retain. Browser settings may control cookies and local storage, but disabling them may affect sign-in or progress features.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 13. A parent or legal guardian should contact RAT before providing information for a minor.

Policy changes

Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
