Refund & Cancellation Policy

Online courses

Before an online course is accessed, a purchaser may request cancellation within seven days of purchase. Once course content has been opened, watched or downloaded, the purchase is non-refundable except where required by law or where RAT cannot deliver the purchased access.

Scheduled group and onsite training

• Seven or more calendar days before training: full refund or one reschedule.
• 72 hours through six days before training: 50% account credit toward one rescheduled date.
• Less than 72 hours, same-day cancellation or no-show: no refund or credit.

Travel, venue, range, catering, ammunition, third-party credential and other committed outside costs may be non-refundable when disclosed before payment.

RAT cancellations

If RAT cancels a class, the purchaser may choose a full refund of the affected RAT course fee or transfer to an available replacement date. RAT is not responsible for a participant’s separate travel or lodging costs.

How to request a cancellation

Submit the request through the RAT website with the purchaser’s name, course, date and order or request number. Timing is based on when RAT receives the written request.
